By accessing or using the innmaps website and application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

No Reliance: The terrain data, avalanche reports, and route information provided on innmaps are for planning purposes only. Conditions in the mountains can change rapidly. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decision-making in the field.

Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, innmaps and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during activities planned using our data.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
